What is a vortex air pump high-pressure fan?
Under design conditions, fans with wind pressures ranging from 30kPa to 200KPa or compression ratios of e=1.3~3 belong to the category of high-pressure fans. Currently, in the industry, air ring vacuum pumps are generally classified as high-pressure fans. High pressure fan, also known as high-pressure blower, is different from general centrifugal high-pressure blower.
Principle of high-pressure fan:
When the impeller rotates, the gas between the impellers is accelerated along the blades and diameter due to the rotational pressure. After being forced into the outer gas ring, the gas returns to the base of the blades and is accelerated due to the pressure difference. The surrounding gas rotates in the direction of rotation to achieve the boosting effect. After the gas reaches the exhaust pipe, due to the pressure being greater than the system pressure, it is discharged from the pipe.
Characteristics of high-pressure fan
In general, high-pressure fans have the following characteristics:
1. It has dual functions of blowing and suction, and can be used for both suction and blowing;
2. Oil free operation, the output air is clean;
3. Compared tocentrifugal fanCompared to medium pressure fans, their pressure is much higher, often more than ten times that of centrifugal fans,
4. If the pump body is die cast as a whole and shockproof mounting feet are used, the requirements for the installation foundation are also very low. It can even operate normally without fixing the feet, which is very convenient and saves installation costs and installation cycles;
5. Compared to other types of fans, such as Roots blowers, their operating noise is lower, and the higher the power, the more obvious it is. It will be displayed above 5.5KW;
6. Maintenance free use; Its consumable parts are only two bearings, which basically do not require maintenance within the warranty period;
7. The mechanical wear of high-pressure fans is very small because there are no other mechanical contact parts besides the bearings, so the service life is naturally very long. As long as it is under normal operating conditions, there is no problem for 3-5 years.
Precautions for selecting high-pressure fans
Generally speaking, the following two steps need to be followed:
1. Need to determine what function of the high-pressure fan is used on site, whether it is suction or blowing, and find the corresponding pressure flow curve of the high-pressure fan; If the curve is misread, sometimes the selected product cannot be used;
2. Based on the calculated pressure and flow rate, find the working curve above the corresponding working point that satisfies both pressure and flow rates on the curve graph; Then select the high-pressure fan model based on the working curve; As long as it is a different work site, its requirements for pressure and flow rate are different, so in order to obtain relatively accurate data, relevant calculations need to be carried out.
