  Impeller: The impeller is a semi open type, with a surface that has been chamfered and calibrated for static and dynamic balance, providing excellent aerodynamic performance and smooth operation.

• Installation and maintenance of CZ medium pressure aluminum shell blower

  

  Installation: Install according to the size and position shown in the diagram. There should be no debris left inside the casing, and the levelness of the fan should be maintained. The joint surface between the fan and the foundation, as well as the connection between the inlet and outlet pipes and the fan, should be adjusted to fit naturally. Forced connections are not allowed, and the weight of the pipes should not be added to the fan. The horizontal position of the fan should be ensured.

  Operation: After the installation of the fan, it can only be put into trial operation after passing the inspection. The trial operation of the fan should be carried out under no load (with all the intake side gates closed). The trial operation should be gradually switched to full load (i.e. with all the intake side valves open). Newly installed or repaired fans should be tested at full load for no less than 2 hours.

  Maintenance: The maintenance of the fan must be carried out during parking to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment; The repaired fan must undergo a trial operation before it can be put into operation; Regularly clean the dust, dirt, and other impurities inside the fan. If the fan is used for kitchen oil fume extraction or painting, the impeller should be cleaned regularly. Generally, it should be cleaned once every 60 days, otherwise it will cause the impeller to overload and burn out the motor and affect it.
