When it enters the side channel 2, the gas is compressed and then returns to accelerate and rotate between the impeller blades again. When air passes through the impeller and side groove along a spiral trajectory, each impeller blade increases the degree of compression and acceleration. As the rotation progresses, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, further increasing the pressure of the gas passing through the side channel. When the air reaches the connection point between the side groove and the discharge flange (the side channel narrows at the outlet), the gas is squeezed out of the blades and discharged from the pump body through the outlet muffler.

Precautions for selection of high-pressure blower
Due to the widespread use of high-pressure blowers, their selection is also relatively complex. Generally speaking, the following two steps need to be followed:
1. Need to determine what function of the high-pressure blower is used on site, whether it is suction or blowing, and find the corresponding pressure flow curve of the high-pressure blower; If the curve is misread, sometimes the selected product cannot be used;
2. Based on the calculated pressure and flow rate, find the working curve above the corresponding working point that satisfies both pressure and flow rates on the curve graph; Then select the high-pressure blower model based on the working curve;

Installation precautions for high-pressure blower
1. Flat washers and spring washers must be used to tighten screws;
2. It is essential to use rubber buffer to withstand the weight of high-pressure blowers, especially high-power high-pressure blowers;
3. For certain occasions where noise is required, a muffler can be installed to reduce noise (usually around 50 decibels). The muffler is installed at the end of the inlet or outlet duct;
4. For certain situations where high noise requirements are needed, a layer of soundproofing foam can be added based on the machine's own conditions to meet the on-site noise requirements. Precautions for using high-pressure blower
No matter which brand of high-pressure blower it is, two aspects of protection are needed: pressure, dust, and the high-pressure blower cannot be reversed.
For pressure, a relief valve is often used, which is an unloading valve. When the operating pressure of the high-pressure blower exceeds the set pressure of the relief valve, the relief valve will automatically open to release the excess pressure and protect the high-pressure blower.
For dust, MF filters are often used. It often uses filter cartridges with different filtration accuracies according to different usage scenarios. Different filter cartridges have different maintenance methods and service lives, which need to be clarified when ordering.
In some special occasions, special protection is also necessary: for example, when using in a sealed environment, attention should be paid to ventilation and heat dissipation; When the ambient temperature (intake temperature is relatively high), it is more important to pay attention to ventilation and heat dissipation, or choose a high-pressure blower that allows for a higher intake temperature.
