To prevent tripping or save electricity, please increase the cross-sectional area of the air outlet as much as possible, or install a wind pressure and air volume regulating valve on the suction or exhaust side.
A. Air supply - inlet should be equipped with a filter
When pressurized air delivery, it is normal for the outlet temperature to be higher than room temperature by 10 ℃ due to air friction, so an iron pipe of 1M or more should be used.
2. If used for air supply in water, the water depth pressure of the high-pressure fan should be below 70% of the Z static pressure value indicated on the catalog.
3. The total cross-sectional area of the air outlet should be greater than half of the cross-sectional area of the fan outlet.
B. For suction - a silencer can be installed at the outlet
The total cross-sectional area of the suction hole should be greater than half of the inlet cross-sectional area of the high-pressure fan.
