high pressurecentrifugal fanWhich industries are applied? High pressure centrifugal fans are applied in industries such as industry and agriculture, environmental protection, automotive industry, aquaculture, electroplating industry, industrial dust collection, printing machinery industry, machinery industry, plastic industry, etc.
High pressure centrifugal fan, high-pressure centrifugal fan, many people think that there is not much difference between the two, but it is actually not true! Although there is only a difference of 9-19 and 9-26 between these two, the performance of the fan is completely different.
The high-pressure centrifugal fan is an upgraded version of the original 9-19 high-pressure centrifugal fan. Many times, for example, in a gas generator, when our pressure rises, we find that the flames inside the furnace have been drawn away by our fan.
At this point, our heat cannot meet the design requirements. In response to this situation, our normal fan has undergone multiple improvements and designs to create a fan that meets both pressure and air volume requirements, achieving a win-win situation.
The transmission mode of the high-pressure centrifugal fan still adopts two methods, A and D.
However, during the design process, the fan casing of the 9-26 has a 5-6CM increase in width compared to the casing of the 9-19, with an angle of 15 ° and a lifting band of 35 °. The number of blades remains at 12.
The design parameters of the high-pressure centrifugal fan are as follows: air volume: 3215m3/h-155421m3/h; Wind pressure: 3407pa -16250pa. From the above, it can be seen that the air volume and pressure of the fan are more than 1.5 times that of the traditional 9-19.
So generally, when the pressure is high enough but the air volume cannot be reached, we should choose our 9-26 high-pressure centrifugal fan.
Manganese plates were selected as the impeller of the fan in the initial design stage, which not only has excellent characteristics such as wear resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and low loss, but also provides good performance.
The design is based on the traditional power of the fan, which ranges from 2.2KW to 1000KW.
Generally, there is no problem with boosting the induced draft pressure of boilers ranging from 1 ton to 50 tons. You can choose with confidence. When designing, the fan can also be equipped with shock absorbers.
Fan Introduction 9-26 High Pressure Centrifugal Fan Main Applications:
It is generally used for forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation, and can be widely used for conveying materials and air. It is non corrosive, non natural, and does not contain viscous gases. The medium temperature does not exceed 80 ℃ According to the user, high-temperature resistant fans can be made, such as stainless steel materials such as 304, 201, 316, 316L, etc., and can also be made of fiberglass material, which can provide anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, and corrosion-resistant properties.
When selecting a high-pressure centrifugal fan, it should be based on the size of the boiler and the length of the connected pipeline. For example, for our commonly used 4-ton boiler, a 6.3A fan with an 18.5KW fan can effectively solve our production problems.
The air volume and pressure of the high-pressure centrifugal fan can both be achieved, and the fan also needs to be equipped with a damper to freely control the size of the air volume.
Attention should be paid to the installation of high-pressure centrifugal fans:
The ground where the high-pressure centrifugal fan is installed must be flat, preferably with a separate cement floor; Because the fan resonates to some extent during operation.
The bottom of the high-pressure centrifugal fan must be equipped with 4 or more rubber shock absorbers or spring shock absorbers, which can effectively solve the vibration sensation during operation.
High pressure centrifugal fans must not run idle when powered on, and must be connected to pipelines before starting operation; In the case of idling, the absence of negative pressure can cause the voltage of our fan motor to increase, and even burn out the motor.
The high-pressure centrifugal fan should be shut down for maintenance every 3-5 months, and the grease inside the motor should be replaced. The impeller should also be cleaned thoroughly. If any vibration is found in the impeller, it should be disassembled in a timely manner for dynamic and static balance.
